Las Olas of Treasure Island No. 7

Unfortunately, our shower had a very strong urine odor upon arrival. The smell was quite noticeable and made it apparent that the shower had not been properly cleaned. This raised concerns about what other areas may have been overlooked during the cleaning process. As a result, we purchased bleach and cleaned the shower ourselves. To their credit, customer service responded promptly, reimbursed us for the cleaning supplies, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. While the issue was beyond disappointing, the customer service we received was excellent and greatly appreciated.
